Step 1: Make Evernote a contact within your address book along with your incoming Evernote email address. You can simply add the email address simply by heading to Evernote > Settings > Evernote email address.

Step 2: Now start your Siri and then say “Send email to Evernote“.

Step 3: Tell to Siri your email address that you want to use in this process and send it off.
